Material
We use HTCCA as the core material for our ribbon and busbar which offers same mechanical performance while dramatically reduce the density. As ribbon and busbar in solar modules are used by meter, the cost will also be dramatically reduced.
Tin plating
Tin layer composition and coating thickness are important parameters that affect the solder strength and performance of the PV panels.
Yield strength
The yield strength is the minimum amount of stress required to permanently deform the PV Ribbon. It is an important parameter because if the yield strength of the PV Ribbon is too high, it can put a lot of stress on the panel itself and cause micro cracks.
Camber
To avoid missed bonds, PV ribbon must be straight without camber.
